About Us

GetMeTheRightJob.com (GMTRJ) was founded in 2009 and launched on January 8th, 2010. We were told by the marketplace that the traditional recruiting process was broken and we intended to fix it using the right people, process and technology. We assembled a global team of people, built salesforce.com applications and created a robust business processes to help organizations hire the right people, for the right job. Since the inception, we have acquired 25 customers and recruited many professionals for our customers. Interestingly in these times, 85% of our hiring came from the passive job seeker pool. In other words, the job seekers were not actively looking for jobs.

Our vision is to help organizations by aligning their recruitment processes and reduce their hiring costs. Our top priority is to be the number one choice for job seekers when it comes to finding the right job, because we are totally transparent in our recruitment approach – “no gimmicks or tricks about the available vacancies”. We really work with the clients whom we represent. We do not treat job seekers like a piece of meat. We treat them with honesty, respect and believe it or not we actually call them back and help them understand why they did or did not get a job.

In the global war for talent it is more apparent than ever that employers must create consistent hiring processes, build strong employment brands and respect a job seekers’ “bill of rights”, such as proper response to their applications, quality interviewing, timely feedback, etc. As well, job seekers must focus on managing their reputation by having the right Social Media profile, following professional work ethics and building a strong network, etc. We help enable that for them.

The secret to our success is the dedicated GMTRJ team, the clients who want to change and fix broken recruiting processes, along with helping tired and frustrated job seekers who understand and want to be a part of the “revolution” in the recruiting industry.
